Diane Beldor has been a commissioned Notary Public since 2018, providing general notary services to residents of Broward County and specializing in loan signings. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, she furthered her education locally, achieving certifications in Accounting Specialist, Business Operations, and Business Specialist. Diane has built her career around delivering high-quality notary and financial services to her clients.

In 2019, Diane founded SFL Notary & Tax, LLC, incorporating her skills into the business to offer a wider range of services. That same year, she became ordained to perform marriages both within Florida and at destination weddings. Diane works diligently with mortgage brokers, title companies, and signing agencies across the country to facilitate seamless document signings. She also serves as a dedicated tax preparer during tax season and continues to expand her expertise in related fields.

In her spare time, she supports small business development and offers pro-bono services to qualified families within her community.
